Each youth works toward completing a Future Ready Career Portfolio™ with a Strengths Snapshot, Career Pathway Map, AI Safety Checklist, Resume Starter, Interview Practice Sheet, Work-Based Learning Readiness Checklist, Support System Map, 30/60/90-Day Career Action Plan, and Final Career Readiness Plan.
